Louisa Cook

Louisa was admitted as a Lawyer in March 2024 following completion of a graduate program where she gained experience across multiple practice areas before focussing her practice on employment law over the last 2 years.  Louisa joined the team at Aitken Legal in January 2026.

In employment law, Louisa is developing her practice by assisting with a range of matters, including drafting and tailoring employment agreements, and supporting senior practitioners on matters relating to performance management processes, unfair dismissal and general protections claims, and more. She is listed on the High Court Register of Practitioners and has experience working on matters before various courts and tribunals at both the Federal and State levels.

Through her years of experience as a property paralegal on large scale development matters for commercial clients, Louisa draws on a strong grounding in complex transactions and an understanding of the commercial realities faced by businesses.
