Hamish Procter, Lawyer

Hamish joined Aitken Legal in March 2012 as a Law Graduate with a strong background in Human Resources. Hamish graduated with a Bachelor of Law and was admitted as a Lawyer in September 2012.
 
Hamish operates out of Aitken Legal’s Toowoomba office and has a unique understanding of regional and rural businesses, having been schooled in Toowoomba and then working for a prominent primary producer for a number of years before turning to the legal profession.  Hamish understands the specific challenges faced by employers who operate out of regional areas, and in particular, the challenges and particularities of regional workforces.
 
Hamish maintains strong levels of communication with clients and works with them to meet their needs within their time frame. He is highly organised, motivated, and has great attention to detail.
