EMPLOYMENT WORKSHOPS Workshop on Understanding the National Employment Standards and Modern Awards Aitken Legal is holding a workshop on 12 February 2010 on understanding the National Employment Standards and Modern Awards which commenced on 1 January 2010.  The Workshop will be presented by lawyers from the Fair Work Ombudsman's office.  The Fair Work Ombudsman is responsible for ensuring compliance with the NES and Modern Awards - therefore the workshop is being presented by those enforcing the new obligations.
