LAWYER: WORKERS' COMPENSATION LAW
Sunshine Coast / Gold Coast
We are looking for a lawyer who is a current panel lawyer with WorkCover Queensland.
This position will suit a lawyer who has vast experience in, and a passion for, Workers' Compensation law with a working relationship with WorkCover Queensland. The lawyer will be responsible for growing a practice within the firm in workers' compensation law with WorkCover Queensland as the main client, as well as other self-insured clients from time to time. The ideal applicant needs to have attention to detail with exceptional legal and drafting skills and at the same time, will need to be a team player with great people skills.
The successful applicant will ideally work from our Sunshine Coast office but if preferred may work from the Gold Coast office.
The partners are wanting to expand the firms growing practice into Workers’ Compensation matters due to the direct link to Employment law issues.
The successful applicant will work with the Partners to build this part of the practice.
